COLLABORATIVE LEGAL COUNSEL FOR YOUR UNIQUE NEEDS REACH OUT TO US TODAY

DIANE WILKENS MEDINA

Born and raised in Dayton, Diane moved to Southern California in 1983 after graduating Alter High School and Sinclair College. In California, she completed her bachelor’s degree and then earned her law degree from Western State University.

Diane spent more than two decades practicing law in California. She was a civil trial attorney, and then spent ten years as in-house general counsel for a large property management firm providing legal advice on human resources, real estate acquisitions and everything in between. She next represented clients in business and real estate transactions and litigation matters. Diane has appeared before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, with substantial experience in alternate dispute resolution including AAA and JAMS mediations and arbitrations. During her career, Diane was a frequent speaker at real estate symposiums and conventions, and she conducted onsite training classes on human resource and property management issues for clients.

Diane retired from her legal career in California and moved to Destin, Florida for an extended, five-year vacation living on the Gulf of Mexico.

She returned home to Ohio in 2020 and joined our team as a paralegal. Diane assists the attorneys on estate plans, probate, business transactions and litigation matters. Although she has no plans to pursue a law license in Ohio, she remains a licensed attorney in California.
