JOHN H. STACHLER

John H. Stachler

John is very passionate about solving his client’s legal issues. The son of a prominent Cincinnati trial attorney, the practice of law has surrounded him his entire life. During college, John furthered his exposure to the practice of law by working as a courthouse messenger clerk and investigator for a large law firm in Cincinnati. These life experiences instilled a foundation of efficiently, effectively and successfully solving clients’ legal matters.

In additional to managing the firm, John handles a wide variety legal matters for the firm’s clients. John advises clients regularly on matters of all types, including contract disputes, civil disputes involving both corporate and individual matters, and protecting the rights of clients who were injured by another party. John also handles wealth transfer disputes among family members, both in and out of probate court. John has passionately represented clients all over Southwest Ohio in counties including Montgomery, Warren, Butler, Greene, Hamilton, Preble and Clark.

John has established StachlerHarmon’s philosophy that working collaboratively as a team provides the most effective system for achieving client goals. At StachlerHarmon, all clients have the benefit of working with multiple professionals to effectively resolve legal issues.

Following John’s graduation from Xavier University, John pursued his legal education at the University of Dayton. John is licensed in the State of Ohio and the United State District Court, Southern District of Ohio. John is a member of the Ohio State, Dayton and Cincinnati Bar Associations. John has received numerous awards throughout his career, including Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and 2007. John has also been named to the prestigious listing as “Super Lawyer” each year from 2008 to present.

For the past quarter century, John’s involvement in the community is extensive. He is a past Board Member of Woodhaven Swim and Tennis Club, Wee Panther Football and the Springboro Lacrosse Club. John also served as the Girls Middle School Lead in the Southern Ohio Chapter of U.S. Lacrosse.

In addition to pursuing his mission of “Simply Solving Complex Issues,” John’s passion has been poured into coaching youth sports. John has coached young men in football, baseball and basketball, and coached young women in lacrosse.

John is also a co-founder of Grace2Griddle, a local food ministry that focuses on feeding the hungry, with an emphasis on feeding those with food security issues. John is a member of the Legacy Counsel of Zoweh, a Christian ministry whose mission it is to rescue the hearts of Men and Women.
